Warranty Policy

We provide standard product quality warranty services for all sold footwear products. All products are strictly inspected for quality before shipment to ensure that they meet official production and quality standards, with no factory defects in materials, workmanship and structure.
Our footwear features integrated one-piece molding technology, with stable structure, good toughness and strong durability. Under normal daily wearing and maintenance conditions, the products can maintain long-term structural stability and comfortable wearing performance.
Within the valid warranty period, if the product has non-artificial quality problems such as structural fracture, functional failure and workmanship defects under normal use conditions, we will provide free after-sales solution services for eligible products.
The warranty service does not cover damage caused by artificial factors, including improper use, violent wear, man-made collision, soaking, chemical corrosion, private modification and excessive wear beyond normal daily use. The warranty service is also not applicable to product damage caused by natural disasters and other irresistible external factors.
All warranty applications need to be verified through official customer service channels. Customers need to provide valid order information and product problem proof materials. We will complete the verification and give a corresponding solution in a timely manner.
