60-Day Comfort Return & Trial Policy

We stand firmly behind the quality and comfort of our ergonomic footwear. We offer a 60-day comfort trial for all purchased products, allowing customers to fully experience the wearing effect in daily use scenarios.

Return Eligibility

If you are not fully satisfied with the product’s comfort, style or fitness, you can apply for a return service within the valid trial period. Returned products must be in intact condition, with no artificial damage, severe wear or stains, and retain original packaging and accessories.

Refund Process & Time

After we receive and verify the returned products, we will initiate a full refund process for the product payment. The refund will be credited to the original payment account within 5 to 10 working days. Customers only need to bear the return shipping cost, and no other additional fees will be deducted.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund applications will not be accepted for products with artificial damage, excessive wear, missing accessories or packaging, and returns that exceed the valid trial period. We reserve the right of final verification for all return applications.
